abt spot admissions.

i have got ce in cucek...my wl 4 ce in soe is 15...so do i need to be present at d cnslng venue to participate in spot admission or i will be automatically upgraded?

for the spot rounds a candidate needs to be present there at the councelling venue and needs to register himself there.

but you will be automatically be upgraded to your higher options till the final allotment on the 30th of july
