you have been already allotted ... so there isnt chance.... you should have done cancellation earlier ... you may present the same problem during counselling but the chances of them accepting this is meagre ... this is because the lower options are deleted as you go up the ladder and the seats are given to someone else .... so if u want it back u will have to remove somebody from the seat which is not possible .... i hope that made the situation clear to you
