can this be done ???

Question

Just suppose i get CE n i desire to hav PHOT
can it be upgarded ?
But there is  a  problem i have given PHOT as my last
option at time of registration.... so can this be done?

When you are alloted to a higher options all you lower options will be canceled automatically.
So if you are aloted to CE you cant change to photonics.

But if you are alloted to photonics first, you can remain with the same by canceling the higer options

Your lower options are already cancelled. you can't go back to lower option after the allotment but you can cacel the higher optons. In my opinion you you can join CE and wait for Spot admission. In 2012, 6500 below GEN rank holders got PHOT. I think you may get PHOT in spot admission
