General rank uptoo 10000 are eligible for real time allotment. Candidates who havent alloted any seats can particiapte in it. A rank list will be made ath the venue for the candidates who participate in it and the remainig seats are alloted respectivly. Candidates who are alloted by the 3rd allotment should not atend the real time allotment. The upgradation will be done automatically. :)
