sir i am not able to bring transfer certificate on the date of admission because the university i have last attended is on sign die(i.e. closed temporarily for 1 month).
i will submit the same within 1 to 2 months.
what can i do??
help me??

You better bring every other certificate and explain the situatiion to the officials present there. i guess its olay with an excpetion. Try it.. Do this if you have no chance left
