how many seats are there in SOE and CUCEK (UNIVERSITY HOSTEL) for B.tech. student? is there only multi-student rooms or single students room are also available ? Can i book the room in advance through http://hostels.cusat.ac.in/new_application.php ...is it working.??

Cucek and Soe are miles apart.
Its difficult for first year students to get the university hostel. But there are a lot of accomodation facilities near by the university where you can stay as paying guests
