The original one which you get from the authority has to be submitted.. I didnt get you completely..all of income certificates are alike dude..it has a format decided by authority, i think it wont change with our needs. Go with what you used for KEAM..but remember, a copy/attested copy won't do anything..original ones are necessary..

The Original one. There no such format for income certificate and community certifiacte. Community Certificate and Annual family Income Certificate are to be issued by the Village Officer.

Actually i meant to ask whether cusat provides any pdf community & income forms in their site......
Nope... i checked every PDF !! they only said it should be according to the university rules !

These documents vary from state to state .... so the ones from kerala have no problem regarding this as cusat accepts them as they are ... but if u r in a diff state ... the income and community certificates are generally in Hindi or regional state language ... specially for north Indian states.... so get a bi-lingual copy ... or get it translated by Govt Authority ..... And one imp thing ... All certificates and proofs to be in ENGLISH / MALAYALAM ONLY.... no other language is approved .... so take care of that .... its clearly mentioned in the PDFs
