sir i am only interested in ee ec me and cs but in option registration i had registered all including photonics,inst,etc.Suppose that i am alloted photonics or marine or inst in II allotment,Then will i have to pay the fees or I can wait for getting chance in NRI seat or real time.

payment=book your seat..unless you haven't paid the few you won't be eligible for upgrade to your higher options ..pay the fee, book your seat and be safe..

payment is necessary for seat confirmation ..... and only then u will be considered for auto upgradation
