my cusat rank is 8871. i have filled general form not the NRI form. can i come for NRI spots on 19 july?

You can come for NRI spot.. in spot it doesn't matter that which form u had filled... But if u will get admsn thn u will hav 2 pay as NRI rule.. To know more about Spot admission go through ds link
