abt spot admssn

My option for safty n fire got deleted.
but i want to change to sf now. Heard it is possible through spot admission. How to apply for spot admission?

I am not sure but i heard that if u are already admitted then first of all u need to cancel that and attend the spots...anyway don't for that ,better just clarify by calling the officials :
