What is the last date to withdraw admission with only 1000 rupees loss?

i think they announced that it would be before the commencement of classes

yes that date is 21st now

 but the fees can be refunded if you cancel it before the closure of the admission process ie till the end of spot rounds

1000 will be lost if admission is cancelled before commencement of classes,ie last date would be july 21st for btech courses..
