Yes after you admissions the upgradtion to your Higher options will be given at the Official website. Do check it  http://options.cusat.ac.in/

according to the schedule available till now the last real time allotment or the upgradation for the already allotted candidates will be on the 11th of july you can be upgraded till 11th july 10pm.
