         is there any chance for CE IF....now i am already alloted in the first campus....if at all i get CE2F i'll have to look for hostel at pulincunno too thats why....pls give a genuine answer.

around 25% chances are there for ce1f as the lists are moving slow after todays allotments

hostels are available from second year only

if that was the reason you need to have cancelled your higher options. then you can continue in the first campus only. There is a chance to get upgraded (i guess)
