About documents needed 4 councelling..

Sir my nativity,income cirtificate was n't ready yet.wat can i do?i already have the same cirtificate taken on 28/1/2013 for keam .nw i have only the scanned form of data.is it enough ??whn i take colour copies of this.it have validity 6 months.......

WAT ABOUT ITS VALIDITY ??In my certificate its validity end on 28/7/2013.is it enough?

nativity certificate is not required. And if the income certificate is digitally signed. its photocopy will do no problem
