about real time and spot

Sir is real time and spot round based on reservation like keralite, non-keralite ,MSM, ETB etc. or its purely based on merit i.e. the one with better rank gets a seat first no matter which category he belongs to?

yes both u purely based on reservation and merit...and the one with better rank gets the seat based on the vacancy in his category :)
