admit card and reg confirmation

I hav to attnd the  counselling on wed..
I didnt get my copies of admit card nd teg confirmation page attested as the officer said they will not attest documnts downloaded from net. But the instrctions say that 2 attsted copies of evry documents is necessary . What to do?
And, is income certificate needed for gen candidate?
