sir i got aloted IT in 3rd alotment and i'm going to atend counselling on 25th my waiting position in CE is 13 and that for EC is 23
is there is any chance for me in UPGRADATION to EC??? (not in real time)

very much possible for both ... however the one which is higher in choice preference will be awarded to you ... u may get it late though ... may be even after admission

upgradation can be known only at the real time prcoess. But you sure have a chance to get EC
