about real time allotment

im still in waiting list position and i wish to attend in real time allotment . would you please give some info about essential documents or give me a link . should i pay any fee early to attend real time allotment ? if yes when ? and how much ? my allotment date is 2nd july . is there any chance for PSRF or INST with cat rank 7236 ?

U must carry ol documents n ther attested copies N fees in cash or DD ... no early fees buddy! Post ur waitin list for PSRF n INST.
