regarding real time allotement

sir, if i gets a branch in real time allotement which is not of my like then should i pay the fees and wait for upgradation or not pay the fees and look it at spot allotement?

paying the fees and waiting for upgradation is the best choice.  Since spots will be done only after all the upgradation stuffs
