Nw in ekm incme&caste crtificate r issued by akshaya centres near owr home.i think it have digital signatre of our villege officer . Can i submit it

Yes digitally signed certificate has the same value as that of original one So it wont be a prbolem

its more important to have what they demand .... soft copies and digital sign ... i cant be really sure wether they will accept it or not .... please do call them in advance to avoid last minute panic
