after each phase of allotment in CUSAT ..... there are some seats left vacant .... so they are given out to others who are in the waiting list .... thus there are 3 allotments (online) followed up by Realtime Allotment which fills up the remaining seats

Phase two allotment is the real time allotment for the candidates still in the waiting list.
