regarding a news paper report?

"CUSAT's  ACADAMIC STANDARD FALLING: LACK OF GOOD FACULTY"------a news i saw in mathrubhumi news paper today;

why the university isn't  taking any actions or are they in some kind of crisis??

i am from a rural area.the kochi edition itself had been updated upto the morning.The one which i saw the news is published even before that.In the kochi edition this news is replaced by something regarding to lottery.

there  will be many news like this.. Which paper. .. which branch you want to join let me know. i will let you know if there are any problem like that with the faculty.
