my rank is 233 Will i get admission in 3rd allotment?

Hello,My CUSAT CAT rank is 233 and my waiting list status after the second allotment is Waiting List Position
BRANCH     QUOTA     POSITION
SHPF     AIQ             8
SHPF     GEN     9
shpf---->naval arch.
Is there reservation for keralite students?
And is this waiting list posn after considering keralite reservation?

u wl sure gt n 3rd round...no it includes all india quota also

i mean how are you sure about the third allotment considering how people have paid after the first allotment...most wont back away now will they?
