oh you would get that in third allotment itself if you are lucky enough

and in real time you have strong chances

You do have a good chance.. but the seats of Safety, mech and Ship technology are Unpredictable. keep up the hope !

But since its a very demanding branch we cant be sure in which allotment you will be getting it
