chances in real time allotment

Question

Is there any chance in CS1P with a waiting of 116 in the real time or spot round.Also CS is my second choice so if I am allotted cs in real time do I have to be present on the next day to cancel further upgradation.non keralite general cat rank 1460.

Yes with a rank 116 you sure a have a pretty good chance to get the seat in the real time allotment

But with EC waiting of 102 and being my top priority I would be allotted with EC in real time.BUT I want CS what I would have to do.Is there any provision to stop further upgradation during real time allotment.

ye if you got alloted in CS you have to write a written reqsuest to cancnel furhter upgradation

since cs is your second choice therefore you will need a lot of luck for that to happen

if you are allotted ec then you wont be able to get back any of your lower options

yes if you are allotted cs then you will have to be present there to cancel your higher options

you have a good rank and you will easily get any of your options

during real time allotments i dont think you will be able to stop your further upgradation unless you give everything in writing and sign on the register maintained at the councelling venue
