no not at all, others who are below your rank will get priority only after you

you will always get more priority over those who have cat rank less than you  in every case and in every branch you have registered for

The admissions to CUSAT will be strictly based on CUSAT CAT. If some one below you gets the seat will be due to the advantage of Reservation only.
