Any candidate with a valid cat rank can partiicipate in the spots. IN the spot admission the vacant seats which are available after the real time allotment are given to the candidates who are present at the venue  according to their ranks

Candidates presence is necessary for the spots.
 

since all the procedures are done at the venue itself candidats should bring all the necesary documents and the fee amount

When the seats are not filled via main counseling process a Spot counseling is called ,where the rank range of students are called for Admissions via Newspaper Notification or via Website notification.. Those who attend the Spot counseling will be given Admission by the Priority of Ranks (Who are present at that day ) ...
