doubt about nri and real time

sir i am a general candidate,

1. sir suppose that i am not
alloted in first 3 allotments,and took admission from NRI quota(if seats r vacant for gen. candidate) ,can i then attend the real time
admison?

2. If i can then also atend the real time and suppose i got alloted, then will my NRI fees be refunded.

first of all the nri quota will be available for you only if you have filled the application form in nri mode by giving that extra fees of 5000.

you can attend the real time
