University upgradation

Hi, I'm student of CUSAT affiliated private self financing college. Itz heard that CUSAT is going to be upgraded to IIEST. My concern is that when it is upgraded to IIEST will the affiliated college loose their affiliation? If so, what will be the future of the concerned students?

NO buddy,there gonna be no upgradation.....cusat is out from the race for iiest status...don't worry :)
