I mean to say that if i get I.T in 1st allotment nd i pay fee for I.T, then is it possible that i get M.E or C.E in 2nd allotment after upgradation???
Then may i take admission in that upgraded branch???

yes..chances are there..

if your getting UPGRADED into a higher option in the further allotments..say ME..then you can  take the admission in ME which is your upgraded branch..:)
