What are my chances for admission to CS1F or CS1P in 1st allotment ?

Question 1

Hello ,
My rank in CAT 2013 is 3540 in general and 370 in MSM . I would like to know what are my chances for admission to CS1F or CS1P in 1st allotment . If i get payment seat in 1st allotment , is it possible that I be upgraded to free seat in later allotments?
Also , in the Btech schedule , is Btech II phase admission referred to spot admission .

The First allotment probably will be for th 1-500 ranks as far as we know ... we cant say anything about allotments here until it happens .. !! lets wait for the first allotment ..

and II phase admissions are not the Spot admissions..their will be atleast 1st allotment ,2nd allotment and 3rd allotment in real allotment and may be till 5 allotments .. then only Spot admissions come if their is still vacant seats !
