i don't think there would be huge difference in 1st,2nd and 3rd allotment but u could expect huge difference during real time allotments

I've been in the for the allotment last year and I didn't see any much difference during online allotments. Saw selections from ranks about 1-2000. But you'll see a large difference during the real-time allotments.
