sir, Suppose i get cucek in first allotment,then, will it  be upgraded to higher branch in cucek  only or, i have a chance to be upgraded to soe campus....? with a non keralite-gen rank-882

It depends on the order of the option you've given. If you have soe in higher options, you'll get it.

so, a student after getting cucek can be upgraded to soe if, he/she has filled soe in higher preference order {even after submitting 82300 in cucek}?

Oh yeah.. Do not cancel your higher options from the counseling venue for you want do so.
