I have one backpaper left in S1&S2 (2014-2018 Batch). Gave it for revaluation and still didn't pass. Is there any way to surrender or pass the semester because the next exam is only in April next year.

Nope, CUSAT doesnt allows surrendering of papers till date.. You have to pass it out. do as we suggested in the Answer #1773 and you will have some tips to clear the paper.
