can a resident of india (non keralite) apply for nri seats in cusat ??

Question

i am a non keralite and a resident of india. can i get seats through nri quota. but niether my father nor my mother is nri ?
is it possible to apply for nri seats in btech program in cusat ?
if yes how ??

YUP... u r eligible for nri seat.. Here NRI quota doesn't mean tht u will get seats only if u r a nri If any1 wants 2 get through nri thn he/she  had 2 apply 4 it during fillng applicatn frm.  If u didn't apply 4 nri Quota thn u sud  come on Nri Spot counslng ...
