there is no way for know about which option I am going to get , before counseling day??

My options are cs1f, cs2f, ee1f, ee2f, cs1p..., my rank is 7000 if report for counseling which course will get, I need to bring fee for payment or free seat confused

U please bring payment seat fee. Because at the time of counselling,  if u get admission,  you have to pay the fees. And one more thing,you will get the idea about which branch u can only at the time of counselling. Because it depends upon higher options of top rank holders which laid above ur rank.

I guess they will be notifying you before the date what is your chance and what will you get. So you have time to prepare as you are not in the first allotments. 

Any how you must bring the full fees.
