Need help regarding councelling procedure.

Question

When the first trial allotment will be published?What is real time allotment?Is is the same which is given in councelling sechdule i mean rank wise councelling dates?Is Spot round conducted when all candidates get upgraded and still seats are left?when the classes for b.tech start,aftes the completion of spot rounds or before that? please clear my doubts specially any senior member.

spot rounds r conductd when ther r left ovr seats.

some spot rounds r conductd evn aftr class starts(1-2 weeks).

classes,well not actual classes,orientation clases & othr clases.so dont worry abt losing clases

seats tend 2 vacant during spots also,since many candidates r looking 4 othr collgs & looking 4 ther best option etc.

ther r a lot of permutations & combinations ,so until all admissn procss ends,thrs some hope

• Allotments are called based on CAT ranks. 0-1000 , 1000-5000..
• and these are numbered as 1,2,3 and are real allotments.
• The studetns have to come up with there original certificates and copies attested and CAT admit card to the venue to ensure the seat. also the full tuition fees for one year should be paid at the venue ! else no no no seat ! 
• once you ensure the seat all your lower options will be cancelled and you are eligible for your higher options. on the next allotments your options will be promoted. ( if you dont want promotions and is satisfied with teh current seat , cancel the higher options and you wont be updated.)
• at the end if there are still seats remains, they calls a spot admissions and those who present at the veneue will be selected on CAT Rank basis untill the seats are filled.

N.B : You should have did a search on this forum. this  question was answered like 10 times before.
