My frnd got admssn in ec. But he want to change to safety nd fire.. but he lost safty nd fire option bcz it was under ec.. will he can change to safty nd fire nosaftyw
his gen rank is 1832

I think he can ....through spot allotment .......or after 1st year he can chane branch.....1st year syllabus is same for all branches..... criteria for admission will be cat rank only.....
