I enquired and they said you can come on the day of starting of class with your old admit card , they will change it in the morning or you will be allowed to enter with your old one as they have the latest list of admited candidates in each branch

Actually I went to the university for that and they replied if you have any more higher options its better to change on the day the class begins even if you have been changed from 2nd campus to main campus
