When to remit balance fees?

Sir,on july 1st,I was alloted to instrumentation.On july 5th allotment,Iwas upgraded to civil engineering and today I am upgraded to electrical and electronics engineering.But I have only paid the fees for first sem instrumentation(on july 1st).So,when should I remit the balance fees?

you will have to remit the balance on 12th of august[12-08-2013].......as given in the site of cusat....just refer cusat.nic.in homepage....read the scrolling details......

Provisionally admitted candidates can pay balance fee on 12-08-2013.
