I got 18889 rank is  there is any chances for any branch. if i repeats  in next year is there is any consideration as a repeater?

as a keralite is any chances there in CUCEK or SOE

with this rank it would be quite difficult buddy...but keep ur hope alive,lets hope the rush to be low....
As a repeater u wouldn't be getting any special consideration,u would be considered similar to other students attending cat for next year....
