fees per annum..??

is the fees mentioned at the official site is per annum or per semester..??

fees mentioned in case of btech(cs,ce,me,it,sf,ee,ec) are yearly but after first year u need to pay it sem wise so it would be half of the main fee.....while in case of btech(shpf,phot,inst) its semester fee.....
