Real Time Entry-Is there any chanes I got 1048 in MSM catogary

Question

I got CAT rank 9400 and 1048 in MSM catogary (Keralite).
1.Is there any chance for me to Get CS1F(my WL status for CS1F is 346)?
2.Or any other branches in SOE? Please reply.
3.Is that Necessary to produce a Nativity Certificate to prove keralite apart from my SSLC certificate with birthplace in kerala? Pls answer I am tensed.
4.What is the date for me to appear for Real Time? 5th July? Where and When Should I reach for Real Time?

1. Yes there is a chance.
2. You might have chance for IT in SOE.
3. Its safe to carry a nativity certificate and SSCL certificate.Birth certificate should also be produced. 
4. Look at the schedule and check for your rank range. you need to reach the venue : Kunjali Marakar School of Marine Engineering by 8:30 atleast.
