i didnt get your question correctly ... but if u r asking for cancelling your allotment by not going there .... ya ... thats possible ... your candidature will be cancelled ... but do one thing to be sure of refund .... send them a fax saying that u dont want to join .... and if someone from your place is coming for counselling ... u can give him the letter and a photocopy for submission in the office .... photocopies of main letter so that u have a receiving letter .... contact them for details regarding what u have to send along with the letter .... challan copy.... rank list ...confirmation page .... and all that ... contact the office for a full list of enclosures
