after the 3rd allotment my waiting list position is EC-1 and ME-4 in lcc quota. will i get admission in real time allotment?

yes ... there are good chances ... but the problem is that very few candidates appear through LCC category.... thus is moves VVVEEERRRRYYY slow....so hope for the best.... and there are very good chances that it will confirm
