After third allotment, I'm allotted to CE1F with a waiting list of 8(MSM) in ME. Will I be upgraded in real time allotments even if I join for CE during counselling?

YES OF COURSE YOU WILL BE UPGRADED TO ME AUTOMATICALLY EVEN IF YOU TAKE ADMISSION IN CE1F AND THE CHANCES FOR THAT ARE GOOD ENOUGH

Yes you are eligible for Option upgradation even you are allotted to CE.
