about the spot

if i'm allotted already and i didn't get the desired branch...so do i get upgraded in the spot?

IF YOU ARE ALLOTED YOU SHOULD FIRST PAY THE FEES AND THEN WAIT FOR FUTHER UPGRADATION IN THIRD ALLOTMENTS

if even there you're not alloted your desired branch then you should wait for spot rounds if there are vacancies in yourr desired branch further you can also  participate in real times

Might be . might not be .. The chance depends on Vacant seats ... if you are alloted the second chance will be 'narrow". (Guess)

ya ...u will be upgraded provide u booked ur seat in the first place by paying the amount ...i know how dearly u want CE..... best of luck ....
