sir my gen (non-keralite) rank is 7017 should i come for real time counselling please reply i live in jharkhand  and what are my chances according to last year real time allotment

Just wait for the counseeling procedure to complete. we will then have a idea about the rush. and remaining seats

In Real time allotment those seats which are left vacant in any branch due to any reasons are filled up by candidates in their CAT Rank order. they can't be predicted much.

YOU MAY HAVE A CHANCE YOU NEVER KNOW ,
