after first allottement my obh position in sf1p is 29 is der any chance to get alloted in d second allotement?

can't assure u but  in second allotment don't think so,but u can hope during further allotments :)

despit the increase in the number of seats in s&f from 30 to 60 i think, you might have to wait till the third allotment.

dont think that it will clear in the 3 rd allotment too .... that is because OBH quota will clear off very slowly ... and for SF the rush is even more ....i dont know the exact number but lets say that there are 60 seats out of which 24 is available for payment catagory .... out of that there might be 3/4/5 seats for OBH catagory.... so out of other 28 OBH candidates if no one takes it then only u might get a seat ....
