in uptu you dont have chances in govt colleges unless you are very lucky but you would easily get in private colleges
in bvpcet you dont have chances in comp sci since you are a general candidate you might get IT if there us less rush and if you are lucky enough,yu would have to wait till the last

this is CUSATXPRESS.... well i wasnt being rude but this wont help either ... as most people are from cusat so wont have much knowledge about colleges of UPTU
